Refund Returns

We offer a free 30 day returns policy with a full refund for any items purchased from tinytowerstand.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Our support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for refund - please contact them at hello@tinytowerstand.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The time taken before your refund is officially posted will depend on your bank.

Warranty Replacement

Tiny Tower products are covered by a 12 Month International Full Manufacturer's Warranty against defects provided they are used as directed and defects are not caused by you (the customer). This Warranty provides for the repair, replacement or refund of your purchase price, where the Product is deemed faulty and depending on the fault, subject to the Warranty Terms.
